Printing and Delivery process

All printing quotes we supply will include printing and sea freight delivery to a port in Australia (I.e. Port of Brisbane). However, if you have an arrangement with an air/sea freight forwarder you will be quoted for print production only.

All quotes include 10% GST and import duty where applicable.

50% deposit of the total will be charged once the quote is approved and the art work is finalised and ready to print. Balance is due upon delivery of goods

Delivery time excluding production time will be 4 – 6 weeks via sea freight.

Proofing

A PDF proof will be emailed to you prior to commencement of the order.

If required a print proof can be sent to you. Proof outputting and handling charges may incur.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Jobs can be cancelled at anytime prior to print stage. Some cancellation charges may incur.

Jobs that are cancelled during or after the printing stage will incur full cost of the print job. However the cost of freight can be dropped.
